United Women in Faith invites the congregation and friends to a special Lenten service, followed by a free brunch, on Sunday, March 30. Each year UWF selects a recipient for its Love Gift offering during Lent. This year, Appalachia Service Project’s extraordinary response to the devastation of Hurricane Helene and flooding in Kentucky is the focus. Please join us for an inspiring message delivered by UWF’s president, Karen Tate, plus reflections by past ASP volunteers from our own congregation. Free will donations for ASP will be accepted.
