Everyone is welcome at Hinsdale UMC!

No Reservations Required

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the past fourteen months navigating COVID-19 restrictions!

With new CDC guidelines recently released, we are happy to announce that we are making the following changes to our policy:

  • No reservations will be required to attend worship.
  • Mask wearing will be optional for those who have been vaccinated. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask for any reason, you are welcome to do so. For those who have not received COVID-19 vaccine yet, it is still required.
  • There will be no mechanism for checking vaccination records. We encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with CDC guidelines and respond in a prudent manner.

Our worship service will continue to be livestreamed and available for viewing on our website.

worship on sunday mornings

September through May
We offer a worship service in the Sanctuary on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. Everyone is welcome! Our worship service will be livestreamed and available for viewing anytime after the service.

In worship we celebrate the good news of God’s grace in Jesus Christ that brings hope to our lives and defines who we are. We follow a United Methodist liturgical tradition but also make room for the surprises of the Spirit.

Children are always welcome in worship. Children in preschool to 5th grade are invited to stay in worship, or participate in In-Person Outdoor Sunday School immediately after Children’s Time. Click here for more information about our Children's Ministries

Summer Worship
During the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day), our service time will continue to be at 10:00 a.m. Children are always welcome in worship. Children in preschool to 5th grade are invited to stay in worship, or participate in the Sunday School immediately after Children’s Time.
